  • Josh Callahan
    Service Director

    Joshua is our Service Director, he has been with David Mcdavid Acura Plano since 2013. He has 10 years of high-line automotive experience with manufacturers such as Jaguar, Porsche, Aston Martin and Mercedes Benz. A Certified Flight instructor, Commercial Pilot and aviation mechanic, Joshua's extensive mechanical and customer service experience are here to work exclusively for the benefit of you and your vehicle. You have his Acura Certified Service Team's commitment to exceed your expectations.

  • Jordan Miller
    Service Manager

    Jordan has been with David McDavid Acura Plano for 8 years, with 10 years of exclusively Acura experience.  Jordan started at McDavid as a service receptionist but her talent wouldn't allow her to stay there long.  After many years of customer service experience as a leading Service Advisor, she was promoted to the Accelerated Service Manager. Jordan quickly excelled at the new opportunity, adding to her leadership and management abilities to her stellar customer service skills.  In June of 2016 was promoted again to the Service Manager.  She brings all of her talent to bear in order to support your Acura experience.

    Shop Foreman

    Ken Groves has been with David McDavid Acura Plano for 11 years. But his automotive knowledge with Acura Honda products exceeds 35 years. As shop foreman Ken Groves maintains one of the best Fixed Right First Time scores. Ken is extraordinary in all things American Honda. When not at work Ken enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything that involves being outdoors.

    My name is Christopher Kite. I have been in the automotive industry going on 6 years now. 3 of that working with Honda/Acura. It is my number one priority to provide the best customer service to each and every client. When away from work I enjoy spending time with my family, being at the lake, and working on my own project vehicles.

    Joe is a native of California, resident of Texas for 1.5 years.  Attended Sequoia Automotive Institute.  30 years Master Nissan and Infinity Tech.  I love to sing with my church choir and enjoy spending time with my family.

  • Michael Bloodgood

    Michael Bloodgood has been a Service Consultant at David McDavid Acura of Plano since July 2017.  He has worked at several dealerships with a total of 10 years' experience through Toyota, Honda, and Harley Davidson. He is a certified motorcycle and automotive technician. Michael's mechanical and customer service experience are here to meet and exceed your expectations.

  • Nicole Roeseler
    Accelerated Service Manager

    Nicole has over five years automotive experience, three of which are Acura dedicated. Nicole began her career as an Acura Sales Receptionist, eagerly taking on new roles as she climbed. She has recently moved to the Metroplex to be near her family and her rambunctious nephews.   Since Nicole has joined our team she has advanced quickly.   She is now the Accelerated Service Manager for the largest Accelerated Service Department in the nation.

  • Carl Dehls
    Service Consultant

    Carl was born in Dallas and has three siblings, including an identical twin brother. He was raised in Plano and graduated from Plano East High. He served our contry in the USAF as Security Police, and was also a Richardson Police officer. He and his wife met in junior high, have been married over twenty years, and they have three children. Carl has been with McDavid Acura since 2002.

  • David Comport
    Service Advisor

    DC was born in Butte, Montana. His Father was a salesman for General Electric.  Moving around  alot, he has lived in 9 different states.  He finally got to Texas 8 years ago.  DC joined the Navy at the tender age of 17, became a Diver Second Class, got married (40 years now), had a baby boy. -  Mostly in that order.     DC has been in the automotive industry for over 22 years now and has a commitment to providing Total Quality Service to all his Clients. 

  • Javier Deleon

    Javier De Leon has been with David McDavid Acura for 6 years. He started with the company as a client relations representative. Javier moved to the service drive March of 2016. He loves providing excellent customer service with a smile. When Javier is not at work he enjoys time with his son Jonathan and his family. Javier's favorite hobbies include fishing with his son, and being around family and friends. 

  • Nate Banks

    The son of a Retired Army Officer and Public Educator. Nathan graduated from University of Oklahoma. Nathan has been in the automotive industry for 13 years including Retail and Service with extensive background in client services and facilitation. Nathan is extremely happy to be a part of Acura of McDavid Team and looks forward to meeting or exceeding your expectations.

    Michael was adopted into the McDavid Family in the middle of 2016 with a strong customer service background.
    With 10+ years in experience as a service consultant, Michael will make you feel right at home the minute he meets you.
